Cameron Moreland MS, CSCS, NSCA- CPT, CF- L1- Founder

As a collegiate soccer player, martial artist, and professional BMX freestyle rider  Cameron Moreland has spent his life pursuing athletics. This passion for athletics and physical fitness led Moreland to enroll in the highly regarded Department of Kinesiology at Cal State University Fullerton where he focused on athletic performance and strength and conditioning research. During his undergrad Moreland worked as an Exercise Specialist in a sports rehab setting as well as interned with the 2004 Gold Medial USA Women’s Olympic Softball Team where he helped develop and teach sport specific strength and conditioning.

Upon Completion of his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Moreland met the requirements to sit for the 4 hour intensive National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS exam. Upon passing Moreland gained the coveted distinction of Certified Strength and  Conditioning Specialist.

With a desire to learn more Moreland enrolled in the Graduate Department of Kinesiology at Cal State University Fullerton which is one of few graduate programs in the nation registered by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as an approved curriculum. During his time there under the direction of Dr. Lee Brown, Moreland did research looking at the physiological profiles and fitness levels of professional BMX freestyle riders.

Upon Completion of his Master of Science in Kinesiology Moreland spent time volunteering at the University Of California Riverside Strength and Conditioning Center lead by Josh Everett. Josh who is a legendary CrossFit Games competitor introduced Moreland to CrossFit. Since that time Moreland has attended the CrossFit Level 1 instructors course where he has gained a new respect for cross training methodology.

Moreland has continued to be involved in the field as a guest speaker and lecturer at several events as well as has taken a part time position as an adjunct Professor in the OPS Department of Kinesiology at California Baptist University in Riverside, CA.
