Class Schedule

WEEKDAY CLASSES:
Foundations    5:30 pm (Tue-Thurs)
Members         6:45 pm (Tue-Thurs)
Members         8:15 pm (Tue-Thurs)         


WEEKEND CLASSES:
Members          9:00 am (Saturday)




** All classes are 1 hour and will start precisely at the specified times. Please arrive 5 min. prior to workout to be ready.

Note: Please sign up for each of the classes you would like to attend. This helps us prepare for how many athletes will be attending each class.  Space is limited therefore we only allow 10 athletes at each class so be sure to sign up.
