The Barball Club

This is a club for teenagers interested in improving overall fitness and performance. We practice and teach Olympic Lifts, Power Lifts, Plyometrics, Gymnastics, and other Fitness Modalities to improve Power, Speed, Strength, Agility, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Balance, Accuracy, and Physical Awareness.  We offer this service at NO CHARGE. Requirements

Current Middle School or High School ID

GPA > 2.5 

Written letter in 100 words or less of why you want to be in the program

Parent or Guardian signed release waiver
