Monday Nov. 26

Do following set reps scheme in 5 min at each station

3 Sets of 10 reps ( use a weight that you can sustain all three sets of 10 reps)

Bench Press -  Push movement

Pull Up- Pull movement

Push Press- Push movement

Bent Mid Rows- Pull movement

Dips- Push movement

GHD- Pull movement
